Role:
Seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager / Senior Recruiter to handle client requirements, lead a recruiter team, ensure timely hiring delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and understand client job requirements
Source, screen & shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and ensure timely submissions
Lead & guide recruiter team; track performance
Handle client calls, escalations & share updates
Improve sourcing strategy & recruitment process
Prepare daily/weekly reports
Skills Needed:
Strong end-to-end recruitment knowledge
Excellent sourcing skills (Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed)
Good communication & client handling
Team leadership experience
Target-driven & good decision-making
Qualification:
Graduate in HR related field.
Team handling experience is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
