Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Sourcing
Handle full-cycle recruitment for hotel departments including Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Support Staff.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and local hiring networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on departmental requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and basic assessments.
Interview Coordination & Hiring Support
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open vacancies.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Track hiring status and share updates with management as required.
Onboarding Support
Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and joining procedures for selected candidates.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Prior experience in hospitality or hotel recruitment is an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
