Job Description

1. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline



Source candidates through online job portals, social media, referrals, and offline channels. Build and maintain an up-to-date candidate database according to recruitment processes.

2. Screening & Selection



Screen resumes to shortlist candidates matching job requirements. Conduct initial phone or face-to-face screening to assess suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

3. Hiring Support



Assist in recruiting nurses and support staff per targets and timelines. Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from application to onboarding support. Ensure compliance with recruitment workflows and documentation.

4. Candidate Experience



Communicate regularly with candidates about status updates. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate engagement from first contact through onboarding.

5. Administrative & HR Tasks



Maintain candidate records, database, and recruitment reports. Support HR admin tasks as needed -- such as joining formalities and documentation. Execute employee engagement activities when required.

6. Other Duties



Perform other duties assigned by HR Manager/Team Lead.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
