The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination. The role focuses on attracting qualified talent, meeting hiring targets, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesManpower Planning & Coordination
Understand hiring requirements in coordination with department heads Create and manage job descriptions and recruitment plans
Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
Interview & Selection Process
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Collect interview feedback and manage selection decisions Support final selection and approval processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
