The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Attraction
Identify staffing needs in collaboration with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Post job openings and manage responses across recruitment platforms
Screening & Selection
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person)
Coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads
Recruitment Process Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and follow up on feedback
Negotiate job offers and manage offer rollouts
