Junior HR Recruiter (Night Shift)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Junior HR Recruiter

with

6 months to 1 year of experience

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career in US IT Recruitment and HR Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle--specifically focusing on

Bench Sales Recruiters

--as well as managing essential HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing:

Sourcing and screening candidates specifically for

Bench Sales Recruiter

roles. Managing job postings on various portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms. Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess communication skills and technical fit.

Onboarding & Induction:

Facilitating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. Conducting company inductions to familiarise new employees with culture and policies.

HR Operations:

Maintaining and updating accurate employee records and databases. Handling employee queries regarding company policies.

Exit Formalities:

Managing the full exit process, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Gender Preference:

Female candidates preferred.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory (due to Night Shift/US coordination).

Education:

Any Graduate or MBA in HR.

Skills:

Familiarity with job boards and sourcing techniques.
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently during night hours.
