Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment Coordination:

Sourcing, Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment databases.

On-boarding Support:

Prepare on-boarding materials and facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new hires.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and ensure data accuracy.

Employee Assistance:

Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support for HR programs.

Event Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and training events.

Compliance:

Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies and applicable regulations.

Data Management:

Preparing HR reports and analysing data to support HR decision-making.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance skills and contribute effectively.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
