Screen & Interview

: Conduct pre-screening calls, assess qualifications, manage interview scheduling, and potentially lead interviews.

Manage Process

: Oversee the entire lifecycle from application to offer, including background checks and onboarding coordination.

Negotiate & Close

: Handle salary discussions and extend job offers.

Market & Brand

: Promote the company as a great place to work and stay updated on hiring trends.

Compliance

: Understand US employment laws (like tax/visa, especially for IT roles).
