Job Description

An HR Recruiter's job involves managing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle: identifying needs with hiring managers, sourcing candidates via job boards and social media, screening resumes, conducting interviews (phone/in-person), negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding, all while maintaining candidate records and representing the company's brand to attract top talent efficiently. They are key to finding people who fit both the role and company culture. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Attraction:

Post jobs, use social media (LinkedIn), attend career fairs, and network to find candidates.

Screening & Selection:

Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess skills, and present top candidates to hiring managers.

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and provide updates.

Candidate Management:

Schedule interviews, manage communication, build relationships, and provide a positive experience.

Offer & Onboarding:

Negotiate offers, handle background checks, and help with new hire paperwork and orientation.

Data & Strategy:

Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and stay current on hiring trends.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Understanding of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
