Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a ME pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct interviews via phone and in-person, assessing candidate suitability.
Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidate queries.
Meet weekly quotas for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.
Support basic HR tasks such as onboarding coordination and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
(HR or related field preferred).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite

Basic understanding of ME HR processes (onboarding, documentation, compliance).
