Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating selection.
Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
Support HR operations when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
MBA in HR from a recognized institution.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in recruitment (preferably in NBFC or financial services).
Strong sourcing skills using various channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
