Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (permanent/contract) in the domestic market Understand hiring requirements and source candidates accordingly Use job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify talent Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical fit Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or internal hiring teams Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination Ensure timely closures of positions within defined SLAs

Required Skills:

1 to 2 years of experience in

Domestic IT recruitment

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
