Manage the complete recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media channels.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain applicant tracking sheets, databases, and recruitment dashboards.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job expectations.
Draft job descriptions and post openings across recruitment platforms.
Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding and other HR initiatives when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
2-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong sourcing skills with experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social channels.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
