The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, select, and hire top talent. This role ensures a positive candidate experience, partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and supports employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of roles.
Manage the full life cycle of recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide feedback and recommend top candidates to hiring managers.
2. Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Support employer branding efforts through social media and recruitment campaigns.
Attend job fairs, career events, and networking activities to expand the talent pipeline.
3. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure recruiting practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare and present recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline data, etc.).
4. Onboarding & Coordination
Coordinate pre-employment checks, background screening, and documentation.
Support smooth onboarding by working with HR and department managers.
Ensure new hires have a positive transition into the organization.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience using ATS tools and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
