Job Description

Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for delivery associates, pickers, packers, loaders, warehouse staff, and field executives. Plan and execute daily/weekly hiring drives across local markets. Source candidates through field visits, vendor coordination, job portals, referrals, and social media. Ensure 30-40+ closures per month based on business requirement. Coordinate interviews, medical tests, onboarding, ID creation, and document collection. Maintain daily MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and closures tracking. Manage client relationships and ensure timely manpower supply. Ensure offer rollout, salary explanation, joining follow-up, and attendance tracking. Work closely with Hub Managers, Operations Managers, and Regional HR to understand manpower gaps. Handle attrition control and ensure replacement hiring.
