We have an opportunity for Electrical Engineering Graduate with passionate to work in core engineering and technology.

Manage the full- cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements and expectations.
Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate's skills, experience and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Maintain accurate and up to- date records of the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Key Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven work experience as a Non- IT HR Recruiter.
Knowledge of full- cycle recruiting techniques and best practices.
Strong sourcing skills and the ability to use various recruitment channels effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
