Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process -- from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Draft and post engaging job descriptions to attract suitable talent.
Maintain and update a database of active candidates, job openings, and client details.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure smooth coordination and closure, ensure timely communication and feedback.
Share daily and weekly updates on recruitment status and target achievements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets as assigned by the management.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience and uphold the company's professionalism in every interaction.
Stay updated on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
Support administrative and reporting tasks related to recruitment as required.
Proactive, quick learner & able to understand dynamic client needs.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in any field 0-1 year experience. Internship experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and prioritize client requirements.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR concepts.
Should possess analytical skills and have multitasking ability.
