Job Summary

CHR Infra is seeking a

Recruitment Manager / Senior HR Executive

to lead the hiring of

Real Estate Sales Executives

. The candidate will manage the entire recruitment cycle -- from sourcing to onboarding -- to help us build a high-performing sales team and support our company's growth.

Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for real estate sales executives and managers. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Conduct

telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews

. Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment trackers. Oversee

onboarding and joining formalities

for new hires. Collaborate with management to forecast and fulfill manpower needs. Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.

2-5 years of experience

in recruitment (preferably in real estate or sales hiring). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in sourcing through multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals). Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
