Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete
recruitment life cycle
- sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Source potential candidates through
, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job descriptions and align the best-fit profiles for open positions.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Manage and enhance the employer branding through online recruitment platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
2-4 years of recruitment experience
(preferably in a corporate or consultancy setup).
Strong knowledge of
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter
, and other hiring platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
