Job description
responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, post job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities also include maintaining candidate databases, performing background checks, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities
Talent acquisition:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Candidate screening:
Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and suitability for the role.
Interviews and assessments:
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and over the phone, and may perform candidate assessments.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
On-boarding :
Assist with the on-boarding process for new hires and prepare offer letters.
Employer branding:
Act as the first point of contact for potential candidates, representing the company and its employer brand.
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
Telugu and Hindi languages are Mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
