o Conducting interviews for the purpose of HR screening for various levels.
o Analyzing manpower demands across the units.
o Sourcing candidates for existing as well as upcoming units.
o Responsibility for recruitment of right candidates.
o Posting vacancies as per requirement and sourcing potential candidates for the same
(mostly upcoming units).
Timely updation of postings on web portals, social media, head hunting and telephonic interviews of prospective candidates.
Preparing critical analysis of profiles for positions in senior management.
Incorporating new strategies for organizational development.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
