to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle--from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to onboarding selected employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT and Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media
for sourcing.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress through the recruitment process.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments and follow up on feedback.
Negotiate salary and job offers in line with company policies.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or recruitment drives.
Ensure an excellent
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree .
2-5 years of recruitment experience
, preferably in the IT/Tech industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
