Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment process
- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Manage
employee onboarding
, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Conduct initial HR rounds and assist in offer negotiations.
Maintain employee records and ensure smooth joining experience.
Support general HR operations as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
