We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

recruitment for non-IT roles

and will be responsible for hiring in

Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for various non-IT roles across Hyderabad. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking Schedule and conduct interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person) Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports Ensure timely joining and onboarding coordination

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of recruitment experience

in any

Non-IT sector

Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions at once Willingness to travel within Andhra Pradesh if required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
