Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references)
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
