Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements
Draft and post job ads on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
Source candidates through databases, job portals, social platforms, and referrals
Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone/video interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Prepare offer letters and handle the onboarding process in collaboration with HR team
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2years of experience as a recruiter or similar HR role (in-house or agency)
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
