Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and internal platforms
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Assist in crafting job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist in employer branding initiatives and job fair planning when needed
Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong decision-making and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
