Job Description

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions. Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
2. Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts. Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Managing disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
3. Compensation and Benefits:

Developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits packages. Managing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments. Overseeing employee wellness programs.
4. Training and Development:

Identifying training needs and developing programs to enhance employee skills. Providing opportunities for career growth and professional development. Staying up-to-date on best practices in HR and learning new trends, according to Travel Perk.
5. Compliance and Policy:

Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate employee records.
6. Performance Management:

Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems. Providing feedback and coaching to employees.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,265.80 per month
