Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain s

- Create, update, and refine role-specific job descriptions to attract top talent.

Talent Sourcing & Engagement

- Actively source, engage, and build pipelines of potential candidates through online job portals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Recruitment & Screening

- Review applications, screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial evaluations.

Employer Branding & Job Advertising

- Publish and promote job openings across career portals, professional networks, and social media to increase visibility.

Assessment & Evaluation

- Coordinate assessments/tests, evaluate candidate performance, and provide recommendations.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

- Work closely with department heads and managers to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

Background Verification

- Conduct reference and background checks to ensure credibility of selected candidates.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job portals, and recruitment strategies. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
