Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle the

entire recruitment lifecycle

- from understanding client requirements to closing the position. Source potential candidates through

job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Conduct

telephonic and video screenings

to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule

interviews with clients

and ensure smooth communication. Follow up for

feedback, offer negotiation, and post-offer engagement.

Maintain an updated

database of candidates and daily reports

of recruitment activity. Meet

weekly and monthly targets

for closures and performance metrics. Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients

Candidate Profile:



Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus) Minimum

1 year of experience in recruitment

(consultancy or staffing firm mandatory) Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Strong understanding of job descriptions and candidate screening Ability to handle

multiple open positions

and work under pressure Good at networking and

relationship management

Proficient in

MS Office, Google Sheets

, and using job portals
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
