Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter

to join our Human Resources team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment practices and the ability to identify top talent that aligns with our company culture and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs. Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms. Source candidates using databases, LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and departments. Manage the entire recruitment cycle -- from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback. Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor laws.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or at a staffing agency) is preferred. Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and modern sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR tools like ATS, HRMS, or Zoho Recruit.

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies. Experience hiring in fast-paced or startup environments. Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
