Roles & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.
Manage job postings, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Oversee the
onboarding process

Maintain a talent pipeline and track hiring metrics.
