Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screenings and in-person/video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure up-to-date candidate records.
Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications as needed.
Extend job offers and handle pre-onboarding documentation.
Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice.
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and prepare reports.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (typically 1-3 years).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
