We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic

HR Recruiter

to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support internal hiring needs, manage interview schedules, and source candidates through various job portals. This role is crucial to ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal requirements across departments Source and screen candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Schedule and coordinate daily interviews with hiring managers and candidates Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker Follow up with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process Assist in onboarding and documentation processes when needed

Required Qualifications

Any Bachelor's degree or relevant education background

0-1 year of experience

in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
