Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in

end-to-end recruitment

,

HR documentation

,

compliance management

, and

training coordination

. Strong communication skills and proficiency in

MS Excel & Word

are essential. Candidates fluent in

English, Hindi

, and preferably other regional languages will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Manage and maintain

employee records

, offer letters, and

joining formalities

. Ensure compliance with

HR policies

and

statutory regulations

. Coordinate and support

employee training programs

and workshops. Prepare and manage

HR reports

and

hiring metrics

using MS Excel. Address employee queries and provide

day-to-day HR operational support

. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR documentation. Assist in audits by keeping HR documents

updated and compliant

.

Required Skills:

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

in

HR Recruitment & Operations

Tools:

Proficient in

MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Documentation:

Knowledge of HR processes like onboarding, compliance, and documentation.

Languages:

Fluent in

English & Hindi
