End-to-end recruitment (Sales, Operations & Support roles) Job posting on Indeed & other portals Resume screening & interview coordination Employee onboarding, joining formalities & documentation Attendance, leave & payroll coordination HR MIS & employee record maintenance Employee engagement & grievance handling HR policy implementation & discipline management Exit process & full & final settlement

Required Skills:

Recruitment & Hiring HR Operations Payroll & Attendance Management Employee Engagement MS Excel & HR MIS Good communication skills (Written & Verbal) Service / Travel / Tourism industry experience preferred

Qualification:

Graduate (Mandatory) MBA in HR (Preferred)
