Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Draft, update, and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate and administer assessments/tests and evaluate candidate suitability.
Prepare offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
Handle onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth joining process for new hires.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring status reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
