Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates using multiple job portals
Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available
Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening
Organizing candidates to attend the interviews
Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc...
Follow up with candidates for joining
Client handling
Excellent communication is preferred.
