Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Post and manage job advertisements across job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Learn and understand complete recruitment cycle.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, but not mandatory).
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in HR/recruitment.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn HR and recruitment practices.
Time management and organizational ability.
