Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for IT and Non-IT roles Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal and external stakeholders Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure quick closures Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding Meet hiring targets within defined TATs

Must-Have Skills:

3-4 years of experience in

IT & Non-IT recruitment

Strong expertise in

sourcing and screening

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with

multiple job portals

Ability to handle

pressure, volume hiring, and tight deadlines

Good understanding of

IT technologies and Non-IT roles

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills Immediate availability to join
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?450,000.00 per year
