Must-Have Skills:
3-4 years of experience in
IT & Non-IT recruitment
Strong expertise in
sourcing and screening
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with
multiple job portals
Ability to handle
pressure, volume hiring, and tight deadlines
Good understanding of
IT technologies and Non-IT roles
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
