Achyuta Public School is seeking a proactive and result-driven
HR Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for teaching and non-teaching positions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to maintain smooth hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various school departments.
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with departmental heads and management.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage onboarding activities including documentation and induction coordination.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure professional communication and follow-ups with candidates.
Support HR team in general administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in recruitment (preferably in the education sector, but not mandatory).
Strong verbal and written
communication skills
.
Good knowledge of recruitment , sourcing tools, and interview coordination.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
