Job Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for the following roles: Electrician MST (Multi Skilled Technician) Carpenter Plumber Housekeeping Staff BMS Operator Source candidates through: Job portals Local vendors Referrals Field recruitment & walk-ins Screen resumes and conduct

initial interviews

Coordinate trade test / technical validation with operations team Maintain

manpower database

and tracker Coordinate

joining formalities

and documentation Ensure

timely mobilization

of manpower to sites Handle vendor coordination for outsourced manpower Support

attendance, replacement & attrition control

Follow company HR policies and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred Experience in

blue-collar / technical manpower recruitment

Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English basic) Knowledge of

facility management / maintenance roles

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Preferred Candidates:

Experience in

Facility Management / Construction / Maintenance

Candidates familiar with

site-based recruitment

Local area recruitment experience is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable) PF / ESI as per statutory norms
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
