We are hiring - Field Recruiter

Looking for Field recruiter with experience in bulk and Blue collar hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Bulk hiring for factory, warehouse, logistics & service roles Field sourcing, camp hiring & local networking Coordinate interviews, onboarding & documentation Meet monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

Experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring preferred Strong local area knowledge Willingness to travel & work on the field

Compensation:

Fixed salary + attractive incentives +Petrol Allowances

Location: Chennai

Must have valid two wheeler licence and bike
