We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The main responsibility will be to manage the hiring process from start to finish, helping us find the right people for the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements for different roles Post job openings on various platforms Search and screen resumes Contact and interview candidates Schedule interviews with the hiring team Follow up with candidates throughout the process Maintain records of candidates and recruitment activities Help with onboarding of new employees

Requirements:

Graduate in any field (HR-related degree is a plus) Good communication and people skills Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals Ability to handle multiple tasks Team player with a positive attitude
