Roles and Responsibility:



Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins to build a strong talent pipeline. Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure timely communication, feedback, and follow-ups throughout the hiring lifecycle. Create and publish job descriptions and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract quality talent. Maintain and update candidate databases, ATS, and recruitment reports for tracking and analysis. Manage the offer process including salary discussions, documentation, and joining formalities. Coordinate onboarding and support employee engagement initiatives for a positive joining experience. Collaborate with HR teams on recruitment alignment, attendance tracking, and basic HR operations.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
