We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities
Support employer branding activities and job postings
Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
Preferred Skills
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
Internship or prior recruitment exposure is an added advantage
