Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR screening (telephonic / virtual / in-person)
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Share regular recruitment status updates with the team
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Candidate with 1-2 years of experience can apply and package up to 12-15k.
