Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven

HR Recruiter

to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Schedule and follow up on technical and final interviews Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities Support onboarding and documentation processes Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's in Mathemetics Freshers can apply Strong communication and interpersonal skillsm. Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance
