Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for field, sales, factory, and corporate roles
Source candidates through
job portals, referrals, social media, and campus drives
Screen resumes and conduct
initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
Manage
offer rollout, joining formalities, and documentation
Maintain
recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
Support onboarding and basic HR operations as required
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Management, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of proven experience
in recruitment (mandatory)
Experience in
bulk hiring and field recruitment
preferred
Skills Required
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of
recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to manage
multiple positions simultaneously
Proficient in
MS Excel and HR documentation
Result-oriented and able to meet hiring targets
