What You'll Do Here

Support end-to-end recruitment activities - from sourcing to interview coordination. Source and screen candidates across platforms like

LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media

. Understand job descriptions thoroughly and align candidate profiles accordingly. Connect with candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process. Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to track requirements and feedback. Assist in onboarding activities and ensure new joiners have a great first experience. Support employee coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR operations as needed.

or are a fresher eager to start your HR journey. You genuinely enjoy

talking to people and building relationships

. You understand job descriptions well and can match the right talent to the right role. You're comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and social media for sourcing.
